Lou Calen is a 3 hectares estate in the heart of Cotignac within the Haut-Var region, just between the Côte d’Azur and the Saint Croix lake. Luxury meets cosiness in this eco-friendly spot comprising a hotel, restaurant, bistrot, pastis bar, pastis bar and microbrewery. This eco-friendly project in ‘Green’ Provence contributes to the economic and cultural development of the village.

Under the direction of our chef Benoit Witz, Lou Calen has several vacancies in catering:
○ Jardin Secret: restaurant honoured with a Michelin Green Star
○ Lou Calen’s Bistrot: with Chef Fabien Haurat Nautet in the kitchen
○ La TUF: microbrewery and friendly bar
○ O’Fadoli: the pastis bar
Lou Calen is a hotel of 36 rooms either nestled in the midst of the glorious gardens or overlooking the village square, set within the walls of the original hotel building.
