O’Fadoli is the spot for you. And it will take more than one visit to taste the 60 flavours of pastis on offer, as well as the 27 touches of absinthe, and 7 other variations on aniseed.
At O’Fadoli, there are no industrial brands, only artisanal liqueurs and the greatest of the well-known classics. The special selection on offer has been taken from French distilleries that produce small batches using traditional techniques: Pastis Spigol from Maison Ferroni, Henri Bardouin Cuvée Prestige, Distillerie Jean Boyer, to name a few. The south of France has been particularly well-represented, but then there are many other varieties from Auvergne, Burgundy, Charente-Maritime, or further north-west, on Ile-de-Ré, all the way up to Brittany in northern France.
O’Fadoli has something delightful for everyone, with a menu of aperitifs that you won’t find anywhere else: candied pineapple punch, with tonka bean, vanilla and cinnamon; sangria made with local red wine and spicy liqueurs; an americano cocktail with Provençal flavours – and so much more!
A specialist in refined cocktails, our mixologist is inspired by the creations of Thierry Marx and thus crafts his unique and innovative drinks. Alongside the usual classics, he has designed three signature cocktails, and of course, four other stunning cocktails that put our precious pastis in the spotlight!
