Oursinade’ is one of the most important culinary traditions of Provence. Every winter, a series of culinary gatherings takes place along the majestic Côte Bleue, from Marseille to Martigues. Le Bistrot is joining the celebration by shining their culinary spotlight on the sea urchin for a buffet.

Spaghetti, rock fish, and sea urchin bottarga
Jacket potato with sea urchin cream
Poached fruit, apple shortbread, chocolate mousse, clementine cake, chocolate crepes and waffles with whipped cream
