Sandra Dugenet models, sculpts and engraves using earth, stone or wood. While she allows herself to be guided by the material, she inspired by human beings and their philosophy. During this workshop, you will learn the principles and techniques of sculpture by creating a piece using Provence clay.
Workshop objectives:
○ Learn about matter, whether earth, stone or wood, their properties and the infinite possibilities for creativity ;

With Sandra Dugenet
A self-taught sculptor, Sandra has been expanding and perfecting her craft for 26 years now, thoroughly immersed in an enchanting setting in Entrecasteaux, in the heart of the Provençal countryside. Whether by clay modelling, or in sculpture, or engraving, her talent is best expressed through the skillful manipulation of natural materials such as earth, stone and wood. Each piece of material inspires her work in a unique way: the earth allows her to capture the very essence of humanity, by expressing emotions, attitudes and expressions with finesse; while stone and wood lend themselves to more abstract creations, where Sandra plays with shapes and textures to craft her own refined designs, decorated with unusual patterns.
