True to the Provençal art of living, the restaurants and bars dotted around the Lou Calen estate offer you, each in their own way, a unique take on a traditional meal out in Provence. At the Jardin Secret, a colourful and delicate Provence simmers in the kitchens of chef Benoit Witz. At the Bistrot, chef Fabien Haurat Nautet honours local products by flame-grilling them to perfection. At O’Fadoli, pastis lovers are spoiled with an impressive selection of over 80 aniseed varieties. In the summer, Didier Romieux welcomes all to his wine bar and to regale everyone – to the sound of the piano – with his fascinating stories of the best French wines and greatest French terroirs. And then all year round, La TUF sets the rhythm of life in Cotignac with its live concert programme and its seasonally-changing brewery.
